The food was beautifully cooked and presented, with a diverse menu that exceeded our expectations.
We encountered a slight delay in service during peak hours, but it was understandable given the busy conditions.

Delicious steak pie and great service!
We had an amazing dinner! Courtney, our waitress, was super helpful and knew the menu inside out. The steak pie was huge and so tender, probably one of the best I've had. The bar area was cozy for drinks too. Just a bit cramped during peak hours, but that didn’t ruin the fun!

Just a fine choice for a city trip in Lockerbie with great value. The haddock served in the evening was top rate! Keep in mind it might get noisy if the windows are open.

On a recent evening visit for dinner, three out of four meals were excellent, showcasing the usual high standards. my dish was a disappointment due to a menu error. I received a salmon steak instead of the advertised smoked trout, which left me feeling shortchanged for nearly £16. While the service team handled my complaint with courtesy and offered an alternative, it didn't rectify the initial miscommunication, leading to a subpar dining experience overall. The chocolate muffins at dessert were a highlight, however, restoring some joy to the meal.

Perfect for a memorable family getaway
Had an unforgettable night at this cozy place! The food was like nothing i ever tasted before, I mean, that sirloin steak melted in my mouth, it was practically a crime to eat it. The service was exactly what you'd expect, they treated us like royalty from check-in to check-out
Now, it wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, you get what you pay for and it's acceptable here

charming, charming, charming
The service was so personalized that I felt like a VIP throughout my stay! I particularly loved the unique local dishes, like the Haggis Bon Bons, which really brought the authentic Scottish cuisine to life. Plus, every meal ended on a sweet note with those incredible homemade desserts!
